I am just a high school graduate, can I still apply to work abroad?
A
Yes, our Japan market for skilled and semi-skilled work does not require a college degree. However, most countries require a college degree, especially for professional job categories like engineering, nursing, accountancy, etc.

I applied for a job without a job order, can I still be deployed?
A
Yes, if you qualify and the job category becomes available.

What is the basis of our salary in Japan?
A
Workers are paid according to the Minimum Wage Law of each Prefecture or city.

What if the agency licensed has expired; can I still apply to that agency?
A
As in any case, an `expired` license terminates it`s validity and legality to continue its operation.

Do you offer free trainings?
A
Training for Japanese Language are for free for those who are hired. This is required before dispatch to Japan. Training for skilled work may be done at TESDA for a fee, depending on job category.

Our Japanese Employers come to Cebu to make selection by personal interview and actual trade test.

You may visit http://www.poea.gov.ph. All accredited recruitment agencies are listed there.

How do I qualify for personal interview and trade test?
A
If and when your Resume qualifies you for the job description, you will be required to undergo and submit a `PRE-MEDICAL` examination for HEPATITIS  B, CHEST X-RAY and TUBERCOLOSIS (TB). You may have to take an IQ TEST before you are called to participate in the Interview/ Selection process.

It depends on the requirement of the Japanese employers. Usually(Female: 19-30 years old;Male: 21-30 years old)

YES, usually at the rate equivalent of (1) ONE MONTH`S SALARY.

A
It is illegal to post job openings without the job order from prospective employers.

How can I know my expected salary?

It will be stipulated in the Employment Contract provided by the Japanese Employer and supplied to Japan Immigation and POEA.
